Today we’d like to introduce you to Noor Zaidi
Hi Noor, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into real estate started in 2020 during the pandemic. I was back home from college and just needed a job, but this initial gig sparked a passion I hadn’t expected. A pivotal moment was meeting my incredible mentor at the end of 2021. I began working with her as a real estate team assistant in 2021, learning from her dedication and strength. Her influence was profound, guiding me through various aspects of the industry. After graduating with my marketing degree in December 2022, I transitioned into the role of my team’s marketing manager at Houston Premium Homes Realty Group. By late 2023, I knew it was time to fully commit to real estate as a career.
Being a Houston native, my deep knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods has been invaluable in my real estate career. Growing up here, I know the city like the back of my hand, and that local insight allows me to offer clients more than just property options— I love this city and as an avid traveler, I know that there’s no place like Houston. Every step of this journey has been fulfilling, and I’m excited for what lies ahead.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road! There were quite a few bumps along the way. One of the biggest struggles was stepping away from the traditional 9-5 job path that everyone expected me to follow after college. It felt a bit like swimming against the current at times. But with the amazing support from my family, friends, and colleagues, I managed to stay motivated and keep moving forward!

I’m a Realtor based in Houston, and I absolutely love what I do! I specialize in helping people find their dream homes and making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. What I’m known for is my deep local knowledge of Houston—having grown up here, I can guide clients not only to the best neighborhoods but also to hidden gems around the city. Not only can I help people find their dream homes, but I help many people find their investment opportunities.
I’m really proud of how my marketing background empowers me to leverage networking and form strategic partnerships that enhance my real estate practice. By connecting with other professionals—like loan officers, contractors, and financial advisors—I can offer clients a well-rounded experience and valuable resources. Whether it’s through collaborative projects or insightful referrals, I put my heart into building meaningful relationships that make every listing and client interaction stand out all while my dedication to my clients never wavers.
What sets me apart is my genuine passion for real estate and my dedication to making my clients feel valued. I’m all about personal touches and building strong relationships. Plus, my ability to stay calm and positive, even in stressful situations, helps me offer a supportive and upbeat experience for my clients!
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory has to be our family trip to Disney World in Florida. As the youngest of four, and with my older siblings and parents being immigrants, that trip was really special. It’s my favorite memory because it shows how much my family did to make sure I had a magical and memorable childhood as a normal American kid. The joy and wonder of that trip still brings a smile to my face, and it’s a beautiful reminder of their love and constant effort.
