Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivea Kacy Nguyen
Hi Olivea Kacy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in my family’s salon business. At the time there were a number of well known Realtors who were clients at our salon in the Rice Village. To name a few, Laura Sweeny, Gloria Nino, and Lisa Kournhauser are some of the realtors I really admired at the time and still do today. They’re the ones who inspired me to explore this wonderful industry.
In 2014 I decided to take the leap of faith and pursued real estate. I’ve always had a passion and desire to help others and what better opportunity to continue to serve others in the community.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course not! I’ve learned so much in this industry. My first few transactions were pretty intense and I took a lot of things personally. I adapted quickly and learned to let go of control and became skilled in problem solving.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
One of my real estate niche is Relocation. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Fortune 500 companies as well as top-rated hospitals for their relocation needs. I’m dedicated to helping newcomers navigate the nuances of location, schools, and the home buying process.
I also specialize in new construction. We built our home from the ground up so I get it. One day you’re excited and the next day you’re anxious. I’m here to guide my clients and make things easy. With 10 years in the industry, I have a lot knowledge and skills to offer Buyers and Sellers.
What sets me apart from others is my ability to connect with others on a personal level. I’m very intuitive and can easily understand my client’s feelings and needs. This ability helps me achieve the very best outcome for my clients.
To be honest, I am most proud of the family. I am very blessed and grateful to have an amazing husband, two very sweet boys. and loving parents.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Hmmm…. Where do I even start? I love everything related to quantum physics, personal growth, energetics, and the power of our mind. At the top of my list is the book “You’re Not Broken – 5 Steps to Become Superconscious and Activate Your Magic” by Christopher Duncan. I also love exploring The Law of Attraction. I can talk about any of these subjects all day long.
Over the last few years, I have incorporated Diamond Feng Shui to my personal life and business. By utilizing the positive energies available to us in the Quantum Field, I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes. There are no coincidences in life and I believe anything is possible.
