Today we’d like to introduce you to Randi Houston.
Hi Randi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always had a love for real estate but was afraid to take the leap. I moved to Houston in 2007 and would always pass Champions School of Real Estate on Hwy 6 and say one day I’ll go there and get my license. So, one January I wrote “obtain RE license” and here I am today helping individuals and families obtain homeownership.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Ha! Is anything worth having ever a smooth road? ABSOLUTELY NOT! The biggest struggle I’ve had is finding time to actually put my phone & computer down. Given the current market with record low inventory we are in I am always glued to my devices to see what’s hitting the market.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m Randi Houston and I am a REALTOR®️ who specializes in helping first time home buyers learn how to build wealth through homeownership. I love helping people and I take pride in holding my clients’ hands from start to finish. I’m never too busy that I can’t answer my phone. Realtors always get a be rep for never answering their phone. If you call and I’m busy I’m going to text you and let you know I’ll call back when I’m done. I take pride in having relationships. We live in a society where everyone is always looking to get a return on their investment, but not wanting to actually put in anything. I always tell my family and friends “everyone needs a Randi in their lives.” I love to laugh and have fun.
What’s next?
I want to continue to grow as REALTOR®️. If you aren’t learning you aren’t growing. The more I educate myself the more equipped I am to help families.
