Today we’d like to introduce you to Rashidah Davis.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am originally from New Orleans and move to the Houston area after overcoming a few of life’s obstacles. I worked retail and slowly refocused my shift to real estate. My time with retail help navigate through client expectations, which I know now is an asset. I worked and study to obtain the licenses and found a true passion. The listings, homebuyers, and even the investment opportunities are all steps to the bigger picture. The process allows me to continue to serve clients’ needs while building lifelong relationships.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has not been smooth, but perseverance and great partnerships has allowed me to retain knowledge throughout my most difficult struggles.

My ability to acquire the lenders and match with a client profile. It’s really an obstacle to acquire clients needs with loans, homes and make a smooth transition. My goal is to have the process to happen in a timely manner without any detours.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Never give up on a client’s ability to fine a home or business opportunity that they will be pleased with. The passion I have for closing loans for families bring me not only joy but more opportunities to work with others.
