Hi Soul, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was attuned to the metaphysical aspects of life since I was a child. Due to family expectations and religious dogma, I found myself disconnected from my authentic self for many years, which was detrimental to not allow my traumas to be healed. After deciding to live in my truth to my personal beliefs and experiences, I have connected to myself, to Spirit, and to the power of healing and Love. It’s been a difficult but beautiful journey. Many healing modalities I just knew innately, and through educating myself with the science side, I have been able to reach those who operate higher in their logic. I continue to seek other healing tools to reach more people, and I value collaborating with Like Minded souls.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing about healing has been easy. I endured abuse since before the age of 3, all throughout until I was an adult. Many toxic dynamics on both sides of the family, which to me at the time seemed normal, and I as well was toxic and operating out of the trauma I endured. It wasn’t until I decided that was not the life I chose for myself that I began to Reprogram my mind and truly change to show up as the version I desired to be in this life.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I have my own small business, Witchy Retreat, that offers metaphysical items such as crystals, herbs, oracle cards, candles, ceremonial cacao, and much more. I also offer energetic services using intuition, herbs, sound frequencies, Reiki, readings, vibrational tuning, limpias, platicas, workshops, hypnosis, ceremonies & more to alchemize dissonance within your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. I also seek to cultivate a community of practitioners with integrity and happily recommend others whom offer similar services as me as well as different.
I am honored to work with the magical beings I encounter, and I hope to inspire their Best healed versions to come through.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Trust yourself in this journey, and if you aren’t feeling supported, don’t share with the naysayers. Seek advice from mentors who have been there and keep it real with no agenda and no secret competition.
It’s not always going to be up to your expectations, so focus on living each day intentionally and with gratitude. Learn the hard lessons and get back up to keep going.
