Hi Trojan, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Trojan Noble, and I am a proud father of 2 boys, Trenton & Tristan, faithful husband to my beautiful wife Krystal Noble. I serve as a Community & Economic Development Extension Agent with Prairie View A&M University’s Wellness in Houston program, where I lead workforce development, STEM education, and community engagement initiatives that connect students, educators, families, and community members to meaningful college, career, and entrepreneurship opportunities. My work focuses on creating innovative learning experiences in robotics, drone technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, digital media, workforce readiness, and emerging technology pathways designed to expand economic mobility and career exposure.
I bring a diverse professional background that spans education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, technology, athletics, and community leadership. In addition to my role at Prairie View A&M University, I am the President of STEM-ULETICS INC., where I help develop innovative STEM, workforce, leadership, and career readiness programs, and I serve as the Managing Member of Elbon Services LLC, providing leadership and strategic direction across business and community-based initiatives.
With more than 20 years of athletic coaching experience across Mississippi and Texas, I have dedicated much of my career to mentoring and developing young people both on and off the field. Alongside my experience as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher, department lead, dual credit instructor, and workforce development professional, my current focus is helping traditional students and student-athletes identify career pathways, develop workforce skills, build professional networks, and successfully transition into college, careers, entrepreneurship, and life beyond athletics.
Growing up, I was fortunate to be surrounded by mentors who invested their time, knowledge, and encouragement into my development. Their influence shaped my belief that success is built through relationships, service, and a commitment to helping others reach their potential. Those experiences inspired my leadership philosophy, which is rooted in servant leadership. I believe true leadership is about creating opportunities for others, removing barriers, building meaningful partnerships, and empowering individuals to achieve goals they may not have thought possible.
As a Texas-certified educator, workforce development leader, entrepreneur, and coach, I am passionate about developing programs that integrate STEM education, robotics, aerial drones, underwater ROV technology, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and career exploration. My mission is to help build stronger communities by preparing the next generation of innovators, professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Growing up in a single-parent household with modest means, I learned at an early age that success would require hard work, sacrifice, and personal responsibility. My mother worked tirelessly to provide for our family and set high expectations for me, not just academically or athletically, but in how I carried myself as a young man. She taught me that character, integrity, and perseverance mattered more than circumstances, and those lessons became the foundation of who I am today.
As a teenager, I often found myself balancing responsibilities that many of my peers did not have to face. I worked while attending high school, competed in varsity athletics, and remained committed to performing well in the classroom. My days were filled with school, practices, games, work schedules, and family responsibilities. There were times when I felt stretched thin, but I knew that if I wanted a better future, I had to remain disciplined and focused.
One of the greatest challenges was learning to accept that I could not always have the things that many of my friends and classmates enjoyed. There were opportunities, experiences, and material possessions that were simply beyond our reach financially. While that was difficult at times, those experiences taught me to appreciate what I had rather than focus on what I lacked. They also instilled a sense of grit and determination that continues to serve me today.
What I am most proud of, however, is the role I played in supporting my younger brother. There were many times when I chose to sacrifice my own wants so that he could have opportunities or experiences that I knew would benefit him. Looking back, those sacrifices never felt like a burden. If anything, they became one of the greatest sources of pride in my life. Helping my younger brother, setting an example for him, and contributing to his success taught me valuable lessons about responsibility, selflessness, and leadership. Those experiences helped shape my belief that true success is not measured by what we achieve for ourselves alone, but by how we uplift and support those around us.
Growing up, I was fortunate to have mentors who invested their time, wisdom, and encouragement in me. They helped me navigate difficult decisions and reminded me that my circumstances did not define my potential. Their influence inspired my lifelong commitment to servant leadership. I believe leadership is about serving others, creating opportunities, and helping people recognize strengths they may not yet see in themselves.
Today, whether I am working with students, student-athletes, educators, or community members, I draw from those experiences. The obstacles I faced taught me resilience. The sacrifices I made taught me responsibility. The mentors who guided me taught me the importance of investing in others. Together, those lessons have shaped my mission to help the next generation discover opportunities, overcome challenges, and build pathways toward successful and meaningful lives.
My story is not one of hardship alone. It is a story of faith, perseverance, sacrifice, mentorship, and growth. It is a reminder that where you start does not determine where you finish, and that some of life’s greatest challenges often become the very experiences that prepare us to lead, serve, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I often describe myself as a bridge between community and industry. Throughout my career, I have focused on connecting people who need opportunities with organizations that can provide them. Whether I am working with students, student-athletes, educators, employers, colleges, nonprofits, or industry leaders, my goal is to create relationships that lead to life-changing experiences, career exposure, and economic mobility. I have built programs and partnerships that help individuals gain access to opportunities they may never have otherwise seen or considered.
My specialty is identifying and developing high-demand, high-growth, high-wage career pathways, particularly in unique and emerging industries where talent shortages exist. I work closely with employers and industry partners to understand workforce needs and then create educational experiences that prepare participants for those opportunities. Many of the pathways I focus on, such as robotics, drone technology, underwater ROV operations, engineering, advanced manufacturing, digital media, energy, entrepreneurship, and workforce certifications, provide skills that are highly transferable across multiple industries. My philosophy is that if someone develops strong problem-solving, communication, technical, leadership, and innovation skills, those abilities will create value regardless of where their career journey takes them.
What I am most known for is my ability to bring people together around a shared vision and turn ideas into action. I enjoy creating opportunities where education, workforce development, athletics, technology, and community engagement intersect. With more than 20 years of coaching experience in Mississippi and Texas, combined with experience as a CTE educator, dual credit instructor, entrepreneur, workforce development leader, and community advocate, I have developed a unique ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds and help them see possibilities beyond their current circumstances.
What I am most proud of is not a title or professional accomplishment; it is the impact I have been able to make in the lives of others. What sets me apart is my diverse skill set and my ability to work across multiple sectors. I can navigate education, workforce development, business, athletics, technology, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement while helping each of those areas collaborate toward a common goal. Most importantly, I lead through the lens of servant leadership. I believe leadership is not about recognition or personal achievement. It is about creating opportunities, building relationships, removing barriers, and empowering others to reach their full potential.
At my core, I am a connector, a builder, and a mentor. My mission is to help create pathways that transform lives by connecting people to opportunities that lead to sustainable careers, economic mobility, and long-term success. Through STEM education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, athletics, and community engagement, I strive to be the same type of mentor, advocate, and leader that others were for me.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I have learned is that success is not something you achieve alone, and it is most meaningful when it creates opportunities for others.
I learned early that life would require discipline, sacrifice, and sound decision-making. There were times when I balanced a job, academics, varsity athletics, and family responsibilities while watching friends enjoy opportunities and material things that simply were not available to me. Those experiences taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of focusing on what I could control rather than what I lacked.
Along the way, I was fortunate to have mentors, coaches, teachers, and role models who invested their time, wisdom, and encouragement into me. They saw potential in me before I fully saw it in myself. Because of them, I learned that no matter where you start, your future can be shaped by the decisions you make, the people you surround yourself with, and your willingness to continue moving forward when things become difficult.
I also learned that leadership is not about titles or recognition. Some of the moments I am most proud of had nothing to do with awards or professional accomplishments. They came from making sacrifices for my younger brother, helping students discover opportunities they never knew existed, mentoring student-athletes through critical life decisions, and connecting individuals to career pathways that change the trajectory of their lives. Those experiences reinforced my belief that true leadership is rooted in service.
Today, that lesson drives everything I do. Whether I am developing STEM programs, creating workforce opportunities, coaching, teaching, or building partnerships between industry and the community, my mission is to help others succeed. I have become a bridge between people and opportunities because I understand what it feels like when someone opens a door for you.
If there is one lesson I carry with me every day, it is this: your circumstances do not define your future, but your character, your commitment to others, and your willingness to keep growing can define your impact. Success is not measured by what we achieve for ourselves alone; it is measured by how many lives we help improve along the way.
