Check Out Victoria Alexander’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Alexander.

Hi Victoria, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
It all started as a hobby in college. I just really liked to tie-dye. After I graduated it was just something I continued to do for fun. I and my sister were tied dying together and our dad just kept saying we should make our own business.

One of my friends actually came up with the name Reverse Universe. We weren’t just tie-dying, we were reverse tie-dying which involved bleach. So that’s how the name came about. My sister is an awesome artist so I gave her free range to design the logo and we just went from there.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has definitely not been a smooth road.

Trying to start a business from the bottom is extremely difficult and time-consuming. The process of tie-dying is time-consuming in itself but it’s something I really enjoy doing. You really learn a lot trying to start your business.

You really have to put yourself out there.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
So full time I am an assistant manager at a corporate gym in Houston.

I also teach classes at F45. If you know me or follow my social media you know I’m likely somewhere working out, lol, I’d like to think that’s what I’m known for. It’s also something I’m super proud of. I think what sets me apart from others is my work ethic as well as my relatability.

I go hard for the things I want to accomplish and I really enjoy meeting new people.
