Adrian, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started the business with the help of a couple of friends after my previous employment. With a background in flooring and an extensive network of other trade professionals, we were able to create a fast and affordable way to help people turn their house into a home.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Just as with any new businesses, there are always struggles. Dealing with the supply issues that plagued our industry, was probably the hardest of the bunch. Trying to establish the right partnerships are hard as well. Some manufacturers have the right people in place to partner with, but not the right product. Others are just the opposite and have a great product, but not adequate support from local offices. Without these key partnerships, our customers won’t get the proper service, and our business would be harmed.
Luckily, we grew very quickly, so our volume was able to earn us a seat at the table of some strong allies in the market, and we hsve made some strong partnerships that give us a huge competitive edge over our competition in the area.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are your residential solution to all home remodeling needs. We specialize in kitchen and bath remodels and have had the opportunity to help many people in the greater Houston area.
The key to our success is simple. We have great pricing, we do what we say we are going to do, and we do all this in a fraction of the time most people assume. A full house remodel should only take a month, not the 3 to 6 months that consumers believe to be true. Also, you should be able to give accurate pricing on the spot, not have to go check how much things cost in the marketplace. There’s a lot of room to grow in our marketplace, and hopefully, we will be a part of the solution to help modernize and streamline the industry here locally.
As mentioned earlier, partnerships are especially important in our industry. One particular partnership that we are proud of is our relationship with Gallery Furniture and Mattress Mack. We have partnered together for a sale, so when you are finished with your remodel, you have a voucher to go spend to get new furniture to match the new design and feel of your home.

- Primary bath remodels $11000 – $18000
- Whole home remodels $60,000 – $80,000
- Financing $1000 = $15/month
- 0% loans as well as extended financing for larger projects at 240 month terms
