Today we’d like to introduce you to Avonti Adizahyr.
Hi Avonti, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story is rooted in survival, creativity, and intention. I began my professional journey in Administration, Human Resources, and Visual Communications, roles that taught me how systems work, how people function within them, and how to translate vision into structure. At the same time, I was a mother navigating life, healing from domestic violence, and learning how to rebuild from the inside out.
What saved me was honesty with myself first. I leaned into my gifts as a writer, songstress, and strategist, and I began to see that my lived experience wasn’t a liability, it was an asset. Over time, I realized that everything I had survived, studied, and created pointed toward one calling: helping people live intentionally, with clarity, courage, and purpose.
That realization led to the birth of ADIZAHYR Group, then Numinous Wine & Entertainment, and eventually The Resilience Coalition. Each entity reflects a different expression of the same mission: restoration, elevation, and intentional living. I didn’t arrive here overnight. I built this life piece by piece, decision by decision, with faith, discipline, and a deep commitment to becoming whole.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been smooth and I don’t believe meaningful journeys ever are.
I’ve faced financial instability, self-doubt, burnout, grief, and the emotional weight that comes with surviving abuse while raising children and leading organizations. There were moments when I had the vision but not the resources, the calling but not the confirmation, the strength but not the rest.
One of the biggest struggles was learning to unlearn survival mode. When you’ve lived through trauma, your instinct is to do everything alone. Growth required me to trust again, trust myself, my instincts, and eventually, other people. It also required boundaries: understanding that rest is productive, alignment is non-negotiable, and not every opportunity is meant for me.
Those struggles shaped my leadership. They made me more compassionate, more strategic, and more intentional. I don’t just teach resilience, I live it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about ADIZAHYR Group / Numinous Wine & Entertainment / Resilience Coalition, Inc?
All of my brands are built around one core belief: intentional living changes everything.
ADIZAHYR Group is a multidimensional service and product-based company focused on helping individuals and organizations align their vision, voice, and execution. We specialize in coaching, creative direction, strategic development, and intentional lifestyle tools. What sets us apart is that we don’t offer surface-level solutions, we address the internal and external simultaneously. Identity, systems, and sustainability matter.
Numinous Wine & Entertainment is where sophistication meets spirituality. We curate fine wines and pair them with immersive experiences, intimate tastings, live performances, and bespoke gatherings that awaken wonder and divine connection. It’s not just about wine; it’s about presence, reverence, and celebration. Every event is designed to uplift the soul and transform the moment into something sacred.
The Resilience Coalition, our 501(c)(3), is the heart work. We empower individuals and communities; especially survivors, women, youth, and underserved populations; to heal, rebuild, and thrive. Through education, confidence-building programs, and advocacy, we help people move from survival to self-determination.
What I’m most proud of is integrity. Every brand is an extension of my values. We don’t chase trends we create experiences and programs that last, that matter, and that honor the full human experience.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
My biggest advice is this: seek alignment, not proximity.
A mentor doesn’t have to look like a title or a formal agreement. Some of my greatest mentors came through observation, conversation, and shared values. I paid attention to people whose lives not just their success reflected the kind of integrity and wholeness I desired.
When it comes to networking, authenticity has always worked best for me. I lead with curiosity, generosity, and clarity. I don’t enter rooms asking, “What can I get?” but rather, “How can I contribute meaningfully?” That mindset builds genuine relationships.
Also, be patient with the process. Your people will find you when you are ready to steward the connection. Do the inner work, refine your voice, and show up consistently. The right doors open when you’re prepared to walk through them with confidence and grace.
