You know, my journey really kicked off with a strong passion for technology and marketing, which naturally led me into the world of IT. As I dove deeper, I started noticing that many leaders and entrepreneurs were having a tough time growing their businesses online. That’s when it hit me—I could combine my tech skills with a focus on personal and business development to make a real difference.
While working in IT and marketing, I realized that a lot of small businesses and coaches were missing out on the power of digital marketing. It was a lightbulb moment for me! I saw a huge opportunity to bridge that gap, so I decided to launch Leoserv, a marketing firm dedicated to helping businesses and leaders leverage their gifts, niche and brand to boost their online presence.
As I continued on this path, I also became a business marketing and success coach with the John Maxwell Leadership organization, focusing specifically on digital marketing. I started collaborating closely with leaders and coaches, especially those who were struggling to find their footing in the online space. It was incredibly fulfilling to create tailored strategies that helped them grow their brands, increase their visibility, and ultimately achieve their business goals.
Although it wasn’t easy and there were times I was financially broke, mentally exhausted and felt like giving up and going back to get a job, I stayed the course. Today, I’m proud to say that I have a diverse global client base and a fantastic team that shares my vision of empowering others through innovative marketing strategies and personal growth. It’s been such a rewarding journey, and I’m genuinely excited to keep helping leaders and businesses thrive in this digital age!

Let’s be real—one of the toughest challenges I’ve faced in my journey is balancing rapid growth with that all-important personal touch. As Leoserv expanded, it became a litmus test for how I would manage multiple clients while ensuring each one received the tailored attention they deserve. This isn’t just business for me; it’s about forging real connections. It took time to assemble a strong team that shares my vision and can deliver the same level of passion and expertise I demand from myself.
But here’s where it gets intense: as a business success & marketing coach, I’ve witnessed firsthand how many leaders sabotage their own success. They get stuck grappling with internal resistance and mindset barriers, missing out on using digital marketing to fuel their ambitions. Watching them struggle to implement straightforward strategies is frustrating—but breaking through those mental blocks? That’s where the magic happens. When they finally unlock their potential, it’s exhilarating—not just for them but for me too.
Then there’s the digital landscape, which is evolving at breakneck speed. If you’re not constantly learning and adapting, you’re already falling behind! Reminds me of companies like Blockbuster and Blackberry and how they refused to adapt to the times and they failed at the end. So, staying ahead of trends and arming our clients with the latest digital marketing tools is a relentless pursuit for my team and I. But let’s be honest: if you’re not willing to hustle and embrace these challenges, you might as well throw in the towel.
