Betty, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My husband and I started our company in 2023 with a simple goal: to create flexibility in our lives while building something meaningful together. What began as a practical decision quickly turned into something deeply personal.
Kae already had over 14 years of professional driving experience. He started as a city bus driver in California and later worked as a mail carrier in Houston, navigating neighborhoods day in and day out. Driving, safety, and reliability were second nature to him. I, on the other hand, grew up in the travel industry. My mother owned one of the first female-owned travel agencies in Northern California back in the 1990s, and she ran it successfully for more than 15 years. She organized tours, coordinated large group transportation, and managed complex itineraries long before technology made it easy. As a child, I spent countless hours in her office answering phones, helping with proposals, and watching how much care she put into her clients’ experiences. At the time, I never imagined I’d end up walking in her footsteps.
When we decided to start a limousine and ground transportation company, I knew I didn’t want it to be just another ride service. I wanted to build a company that truly went above and beyond — one that removes stress, anticipates needs, and makes people feel taken care of from start to finish. To better serve my clients, I also obtained my travel agent certification so I could fully understand the ins and outs of booking travel, coordinating itineraries, and navigating the details that often get overlooked. Whether I’m coordinating transportation for executives, flight crews, or corporate teams with tight schedules, managing logistics for group travel and events, or helping families plan a seamless vacation experience, my goal is always the same: to create a dependable, well-organized, and worry-free experience. I want every client to feel confident knowing the details are handled, timelines are respected, and they can focus on what matters most.
I’ve learned that my strength lies in logistics and details. I genuinely enjoy coordinating moving pieces, customizing experiences, and thinking through the “what ifs” so my clients don’t have to. We pay close attention to the small things because those are often what people remember most. Every ride matters, and we treat it that way.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I don’t think meaningful journeys ever are. We are one of the few woman-owned limousine and chauffeur services in Houston, and this is still a very male-dominated industry. In the beginning, one of my biggest challenges was overcoming my own fear of stepping into unfamiliar spaces like showing up to networking events, walking into rooms where I didn’t see many people who looked like me, and confidently putting myself and my business out there.
That discomfort forced growth. By pushing past it, I discovered something powerful: community matters. The people I’ve met through the Pearland Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Houston Chamber of Commerce have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and generous with their time and advice. I’ve also been encouraged by the broader transportation community — fellow operators and members of the National Limousine Association have been open, collaborative, and genuinely willing to help a newer business succeed.
Beyond industry groups, I’ve intentionally surrounded myself with entrepreneurial communities that encourage accountability, growth, and bigger thinking. Joining groups like the Goal Getter Group, Round Table by Elevate, and Comma Community has helped me sharpen my mindset, learn from other founders, and stay committed to having a growth mindset even when the road feels uncertain.
Building a company from the ground up comes with constant learning curves from operations and compliance to marketing, cash flow, and leadership. There were moments of doubt, long days, and plenty of lessons learned the hard way. But those challenges have also been the most rewarding part of the journey. I’m learning every day what it truly means to be an entrepreneur, and I don’t plan to stop learning anytime soon.
What started as a desire for flexibility has grown into something much deeper — a business rooted in service, care, and community, supported by people who believe in collaboration over competition and growth with purpose.

Our business is about creating seamless, stress-free transportation experiences that feel elevated and thoughtful — without being out of reach. We provide professional chauffeur and ground transportation services for individuals, families, corporate clients, and groups, offering everything from airport and cruise transfers to special events, corporate travel, and customized group transportation.
Luxury is still central to what we do, but we believe it should be something people actually get to experience, not something that feels intimidating or exclusive. For us, luxury means reliability, comfort, clear communication, and knowing every detail has been handled. We specialize in planning and coordinating logistics so our clients can relax and focus on what matters — whether that’s an important meeting, a milestone celebration, or time with family.

As a certified travel agent, I bring insight into itineraries, timing, and coordination that goes beyond the ride itself. Brand-wise, I’m most proud that we’ve built a woman-owned company rooted in trust, care, and consistency. We combine professionalism with a personal touch and believe that true luxury is how someone feels throughout the experience — respected, supported, and well taken care of.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My biggest advice for anyone just starting out is to commit to learning and never stop.
Find your gift, lean into it, and work to master it. When you focus on what you do best and provide real value to others, opportunities naturally follow. Don’t try to do everything alone or figure it all out in isolation. Join communities, seek out mentors in your industry, and surround yourself with people who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Put yourself in rooms where you’re learning, networking, and show up consistently. Growth happens when you step outside of your comfort zone.
Most importantly, never give up and have faith that things will work out. If you want to be successful, there will be ups and downs, challenges, and moments of doubt along the way. Learn to enjoy the journey, because it’s shaping who you’re becoming. Even if something doesn’t work out the way you planned, you’ll come out stronger, smarter, and more prepared. You can always take your experiences, what you’ve learned and do it all over again but better the next time.
