Hi Britne, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Happy Me Tee started as a small business in a garage back in 2014. The days were long, leading to long nights. I took classes to learn the business, and now I’m happy to have an online store and a brick-and-mortar location in Houston. Our devoted concentration was to convert ideas into real pictures. For this purpose, Happy Me Tee was born.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For me, the biggest challenge was learning about the unique aspects of my industry. Every industry has its quirks, so I had to find my network of other screen printers who could teach me the ropes. I did this by traveling to expo shows and conferences in different states and asking people I met there to put me in touch with other people in the industry. Even after eight years, I’m still finding new ways to learn about my industry.
As you know, we’re big fans of Happy Me Tee. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
Happy Me Tee is a retailer that specializes in customized 3D-printed t-shirts. We offer high-quality products at great prices and can print whatever logo, picture, or inscription the customer wants. Happy Me Tee also offers design services for organizations, teams, events, and family gatherings.
What I enjoy most about working with clients is the feeling of satisfaction I get when I help them achieve their goals. It’s very gratifying to know that I’ve played a part in helping someone improve their life or business. I also enjoy the challenge of working with clients to help them overcome obstacles and reach their potential. Every client is different and presents a new challenge, which keeps me engaged and excited about our work.

Entrepreneurship is a highly individualistic field and many leaders have been successful without possessing leadership skills. Leaders in the field of entrepreneurship must be able to motivate and inspire their teams, work efficiently under pressure, and handle difficult situations. They must be able to think on their feet and be able to communicate effectively. Leaders in the field of entrepreneurship must also have a great deal of charisma and be able to develop relationships with others.
