I started my carear in IT, with a degree in computer Science and mathematics. I later decided to go to law school because I saw a need that most middle class and law income earners were underserved and didn’t have quality attorneys serving them. These are our main focus . Providing affordable quality legal service to middle and low income earners. Our primary area of practices are Immigration, tax law and personal injury.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Building a business is never a smooth road. Our initial struggle was figuring out how to run the law office as a business . We are currently trying to figure out how to scale it with AI at the forefront of most business growth without loosing the individual attention to details we provide our clients. Our goal is to still maintain the personal personable approach of communicating with clients, listening to their need and crafting an individualized solution as we expand.
We’ve been impressed with Daria Law Firm PLLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Daria Law Firm PLLC is a professional limited liability company. I am the managing attorney and owner of the law firm. We have been in business since 2010 and for the past 16 years have served middle income and law income family members. Our core area of specialization is Immigration, Tax law and Personal Injury. My passion for immigration and need to adequately represent the immigrant community is the reason I left the IT world and went to law school. We assist individuals in the family petitions, asylum applications and removal proceedings. We also help small businesses in the EB2 categories and individuals apply for NIW waivers. Our tax services is focused on representing small businesses before IRS and Tax court . We also assist individuals depending on amount they owe and the issues they have with IRS. What sets us apart from most law firms and attorneys is the attention to details we pay. We also listen to clients needs first and understand what they need from us and tailor our service to meet them where they are. For some clients we provide limited scope engagements to handle a specific need while other prefer full representation. What I am most proud of is the quality of service we provide and the fact that on average most clients refer two or three clients to us. This is how we have grown to where we are today. I want your readers to know that at Daria Law FIrm , providing quality, affordable legal services is our core business model.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
One key thing I am known for is the honesty I bring to my practice. Once we analyze a clients case, during the initial consultation, the client whether they engage our services or not , walks away armed with knowledge about the strength and weakness of the case and the likely outcome. We dont over sell just to retain the services. We find that some that engage other law firms come back to reengage or refer others when everything issue we sported starts playing out in real time. The reason I do this is because of my experience when I arrived to the United States , fresh faced and engaged the services of an attorney that was incompetent. The experience led me to make the decision to become a lawyer because I felt unde represented.
