Hi Harmony , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my business with one simple desire: to give back. I have always wanted to help people, to make them feel seen, heard, and cared for. For me, it was never just about sweet treats and drinks. It was about creating a moment of joy, a space where someone could feel special while sharing a piece of their life story.
My heart has always been to give. I wanted to make the most delicious treats and drinks to add something meaningful to someone’s special day. I wanted my purpose to do good, not just for myself, but for my community. Every smile, every conversation, every moment of connection became part of the reason I kept going.
A big part of the western feel in my business comes from my childhood. Growing up, I spent time at the family farm with my cousins, getting dirty, playing with cows, and making memories that I will never let go of. Those simple, beautiful moments became part of who I am. So when it came time to build my business, I made sure to add me to it . My story, my roots, and the pieces of my childhood that shaped my heart.
At 30 years old, I am proudly a wife to an amazing husband who has always pushed me to follow my dreams. I am also a mother to three amazing kids who inspire me every day to do better and show them that owning a business can open doors you never imagined. Their love gives me strength, and their belief in me reminds me that I can build something beautiful.
We are not just an average snack cart. We are a luxury snack cart, and that means we deliver exceptional hospitality, high-quality ingredients, and a cart experience that speaks for itself.
For the past few years, I’ve watched my husband build a successful business across different states. I’ve seen him create something from the ground up, witnessed the highs and the lows, the doubt and the fulfillment, and through it all, I was inspired. That journey made me want to build something of my own.
After working several full-time jobs and becoming pregnant with our youngest child, I knew there had to be something more, something that would allow me to contribute to my family while also giving me more time with my children. I wanted to create something meaningful for moms like me, women who are asking themselves whether to return to work or take a leap of faith and start something new that offers both purpose and flexibility.
So I stayed up late developing a concept that would feel different, bring a fresh vibe to our community, and grow into something special. We are still growing, and there is still so much more to add as we remodel our trailer and continue building our place in the community.
Being a business owner feels like my calling. This opportunity not only allows me to be myself, but it also gives others a chance to work, gather, and feel welcomed in a safe space that brings people together. As we continue to expand and elevate our business, I always keep God first. Everything I put my hands on is done with the intention of helping, serving, and blessing others in the best possible way.
And what better way to do that than through food? Not just food, but sweet and savory experiences that elevate your event and make it truly memorable.
I come from Atlanta, but when I moved to Texas as a little girl, something in my heart knew this journey would shape me. After living in two different states and coming back to Texas, I knew this was home. This is where my roots took hold. This is where my dreams grew. And with my family behind me, I am building something that reflects all of me the daughter, the wife, the mother, the dreamer, and the little girl who still carries those farm memories close to her heart.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting my business came with plenty of struggles, from not knowing where to start to battling self-doubt, and the fear of failure. Balancing family, life, and business while trying to do everything myself was overwhelming at times, but I kept pushing through. With the support of positive friends, loving family, and God guiding my steps, I was able to overcome those challenges and keep moving forward with faith and purpose.

What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
I specialize in creating delicious treats and drinks that help make someone’s special day even better. My business is known for offering a beautiful, personal experience that brings joy, flavor, and a warm touch to any event.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is the love and intention behind everything I do. This business is not just about serving treats, it’s about serving people. I also bring my own story, personality, and western-inspired feel into my brand, making it unique and authentic to who I am.
What are you most proud brand wise?
I am most proud that my brand reflects me my heart, my roots, my family, and my purpose. I’m proud that I took childhood memories, family values, and my love for helping others and turned them into something meaningful.
What do you want our readers to know about your brand, offerings, services, etc?
I want readers to know that my brand is about more than just treats and drinks. It’s about creating moments, building connections, and adding something special to people’s lives. Every service I offer is made with care, creativity, and a genuine desire to leave people feeling happy, valued, and remembered.
What does success mean to you?
To me, success means building a life and business that reflects my purpose, my values, and the people I love. It means being able to help others, make people feel seen and heard, and use my gifts to give back to my community. Success is creating something meaningful while still being present for my children, supporting my family, and showing my kids that dreams can become real with faith, hard work, and consistency.
Success is also peace. It is overcoming doubt, fear, and the struggles that come with starting something new, while continuing forward with positive friends, loving family, and God guiding me. It is being proud of the woman, wife, mother, and business owner I am becoming. For me, success is not just money or recognition it is purpose, growth, impact, and building a legacy my family can be proud of.
