Hi Imaine, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career in hospitality as a door girl, which was a foundational experience. In that role, I learned the importance of first impressions and developed my instincts for creating welcoming, memorable experiences. It was hard work, and I was dedicated to every detail, ensuring guests felt valued from the moment they arrived. Over time, my passion for hospitality and my desire to build something greater drove me to take on more responsibilities and leadership roles.
As I moved up, I had the chance to work with some incredibly talented people who inspired and supported me. They challenged me to push beyond what was comfortable, and each role taught me something new about operations, guest experience, and what it means to be an effective leader in this industry. Today, I’m proud to say that my journey has led me to where I am now, and I hope to create more opportunities for others who, like me, start from humble beginnings.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all; it’s been anything but smooth. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges and setbacks along the way. Transitioning within the industry hasn’t always been easy, and there were times I lost jobs and had to start over at different places. But each experience taught me something valuable, whether it was resilience, the importance of adaptability, or finding new ways to connect with people and provide a memorable experience.
These experiences shaped me and gave me the tools I needed to keep pushing forward. I learned that growth often comes from the obstacles we face, and that’s something I hope others can take to heart. Every setback brought me closer to my goal and helped me build a career I’m proud of.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m most proud of my team—their loyalty, adaptability, and the way they’ve stood by me through every transition. Hospitality is a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, and it’s rare to find a group of people who are not only committed but willing to grow and evolve alongside you. Watching them take on challenges and succeed in new roles has been incredibly rewarding. Their dedication fuels my own drive and reminds me of why I love what I do.
What are your plans for the future?
I’m excited about the next chapter for BleauPrint Hospitality as we transition further into the broader hospitality industry and expand beyond nightlife. We’re already making an impact in the Houston area with unique concepts like Gazebo, Palapas, Kiss, the Sunrise House, and our new lounge, Atlas, which is opening soon. Each venue brings its own unique atmosphere, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built so far.
Looking ahead, our vision is to take BleauPrint Hospitality global, establishing ourselves as one of the biggest names in the industry. We’re focused on creating iconic spaces and unforgettable experiences, setting new standards in hospitality. It’s an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to see where it leads.
