Today we’d like to introduce you to Isiah Tchokonte
Hi Isiah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
As a child I watched as my parents built their lives up from the ground up. Being immigrant parents, I seen them come to a country where they didn’t know the native language English, with my father still in school as my mom was working multiple jobs trying to sustain a life that they dreamed of , to know seeing there story come into fruition. I became inspired through there hard work and dedication of creating a life that they wanted, and grasping at it, until it became a reality for them. My parents blessed me with the knowledge and wisdom of my lord and savior Jesus christ at a young age, understanding the basis, that everything in my life comes from him and that he is my provider the one I should lead on in every aspect of my life. In my journey of getting into business I have similar aspirations of creating a life that I desire but most importantly one that impacts the world on a larger scale, which is why I decided As a young entrepreneur starting at only 19 years old, to get into the real estate business. With not only being able to serve my community in providing them exceptional service in such a large period in there lives, but also to learn and understand the industry that will play a vital role in the coming years of my life and my entrepreneurial journey. I was blessed and fortunate enough to get in contact with Robert Villanueva, broker of Surge Realty, Who took a chance on me and allowed me to be part of his development series. With a month under my belt I’m just getting started into a journey that will change the course of my life for years to come, but with the grace of God, I stride to leave an impact on the lives of others through my service, and inspiration for the next generation of Young entrepreneurs who are just as hungry as I am
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At the moment the hardest part about the business is getting the clientele to start off. Fortunately. I consider myself a very patient individual. I work everyday on prospecting leads, enhancing my social media presence, and gaining knowledge on the industry so that when the clientele does increase. I’ll be ready to service my clients to the best of my abilities. Since it’s only been a short period of time it hasn’t been the craziest inflow, as well as with the upcoming election, but I don’t allow those things to stop me. I understand that with the work I’m consistently putting in, that I’ll be at a point where it won’t be as much of a struggle than it is now. Nothing good comes overnight but consistency and perseverance go a long way. Surge is really big on that as well.

Help People around the Houston area, Buy Sell Lease or Invest into real estate as well as specialize in helping people find suitable apartments that will fit my clients wants and needs. Finding them a comfortable place to stay is my number one priority
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is leaving an impact on the people’s lives I enter. There’s a special magic that life creates when new people enter our lives. In the span of our life we encounter a numerous amount of people, some become more important than others but specific people enter your life for a reason. In my industry of real estate sales, there are thousands of agents my clients can work with but they chose me. There’s a special magic to that, and I take great pride in that privilege by impacting there lives in positive manners
