Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Price.
Hi Jennifer, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
For me, the mission behind what I do is more important than any material incentive. I’ve always been creative, but I didn’t find my way into photography until a major turning point in 2020. At the time, I was pursuing a corporate path that left me feeling drained and misaligned. I realized I couldn’t just do something for the sake of a paycheck; I had to really believe in whatever I was to do going forward.
Once I left the corporate world, I spent seven months in a career limbo. It was a heavy season for me, and I picked up photography as a hobby just to navigate that time & find my center again. It quickly grew into a deep realization: I wanted to serve people in a way that felt down-to-earth and real. I ended up working at my church for the next five years, growing my photography as a side business along the way.
Eventually, I knew I had to steward this gift fully. I took a leap of faith near the end of 2025 to go full-time, pouring everything into a brand that centers on helping people see their lives through the lens of their Creator—God. My heart is entirely in capturing the eternal worth of every person I serve through authentic portraits that reflect exactly where they are in life right now.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth ride. Throughout my life I wrestled a lot with my own sense of self-worth. I struggled heavily with anxiety and a constant worry that I’d never find real direction. That’s part of why I changed my majors & career goals so many times. I thought a stable, corporate-style job would give me the assurance I was looking for.
I also dealt with a lot people pleasing all my life due to chasing security & stability. But as I grew closer to the Lord, I realized I was never meant to erase myself for others. That I needed to truly believe that I was created to be fully known, seen & loved by my creator and in that, is where my worth is found.
Getting to witness God’s love & healing power in my life despite all my imperfections, is exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do. Because now I have an opportunity to live out the truths that I’ve learned and can help others see those same truths for themselves no matter what they are going through.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is called Priceless Images by Jenny. The name comes from my last name, Price. It really embodies my mission of capturing the beauty of the most valuable things in our lives, whether it be people, loved ones; capturing a milestone, launching a brand. If the occasion or the subject is something that creates lasting impact, it deserves to be seen by the world.
I specialize in a hybrid approach in portrait photography that focuses on a blend of lifestyle candids with an editorial & cinematic flare. Though I mostly do portraits, I also have a deep passion to help other mission-driven brands tell their stories visually. Regardless of the type of shoot, I want the experience to feel down-to-earth and real, capturing the art that already exists in your daily life.
What sets me apart is that I don’t view photography as just a service; for me, it’s a form of stewardship. I want my clients to see their inherent value that they bring to others by just being. I am also considered a faith-based and veteran-owned business. I think this shows I don’t just talk the talk, I seek to live out my own values. Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the leap of faith I took to pour myself into this business full-time in 2026. This took a lot of courage for me and support from others. It wasn’t just about finding a new career path; it was about building something from a place of deep conviction that I truly believe in.
I want readers to know that when they work with me, they aren’t just getting a gallery of images. They’re getting a session built on service and a cinematic eye that’s dedicated to celebrating who they truly are and the value they carry.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Current Favorite apps: hmm.. Canva is pretty great for helping me get my creative thoughts on screen. Audible is great for books. I like to read books that feed my imagination & spark deep thinking.
