Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy De Los Santos
Hi Jeremy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I initially started my entrepreneurial journey in the early 2000’s when I was in undergraduate at Texas Tech. In the process of getting my business degree and doing prerequisites for medical school I was a personal trainer and I helped my older brother develop a mortgage company. Both commission based positions.
We literally stared with less than the essentials. We had one small 15 x 15 office with a printer that didn’t work half the time. You have to learn to do the best with what you have. In that small office building, there was a semi-retired chiropractor at the end of the hall, Dr. Boyd. As time when on he introduced me to chiropractic and what it can do for people. Once I got my first adjustment, I knew that is what I wanted to do. Fast forward a few years and I graduated with my Business Degree and that company had locations in Lubbock, Amarillo, Houston and remote LO’s. I cut my business teeth working there for 3 years after graduation.
After the mortgage bust I finally decided to start chiropractic school. I graduated with my Doctorate and 2 more bachelor degrees in April of 2013. I was set on learning as much as I could about the business of the profession and began as an associate doctor in central Texas. After a year I knew I was ready to start my own practice.
My wife and I moved to Montgomery and opened up our first practice. Again, bare bones and essentials. I was the front desk receptionist, book keeper, marketer, book keeper, janitor, IT, repairman and oh yeah, the Chiropractor.
Within 6 months we opened a satellite location in Navasota and I continued to grind and work hard. We grew the business, brought on an associate doctor, staff and learned even more about how to lead and develop people and a company. I also achieved Board Certification in Neuropathy from the College of Physical Medicine in 2020.
We sold Navasota in 2020 and merged the Montgomery location with A Better Way Chiropractic in 2023. We now have 3 locations and I serve as the COO, Neuropathy consultant and a treating doctor. Hopefully more locations to come.
In 2023 we opened the Houston’s 1st location of Gameday Men’s Health in The Woodlands, TX. Gameday makes up what other men’s clinics lack and then take it one step further.
