Community Highlights: Meet Jeremy Williams of Red Hawk Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Williams.

Hi Jeremy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have been coaching real estate agents, real estate team, real estate brokers and team leaders, and small business owners since 2010. In 2017, I launched my own coaching company Red Hawk Coaching, a coaching company that provides one-on-one coaching to small business owners. My business is located in Kingwood, Texas and I have clients across the country. I am married to my beautiful wife Laurie, and we have two children, a daughter that is a Junior in High School and a son in the 8th grade. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and the outdoors.

I have a Best-Selling book, Survive Scale Soar: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Building the Business and Life You Deserve, and I host the Survive Scale Soar podcast interviewing top business owners across the country about their journeys to success.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not really a challenge as much as it is a necessity to build a successful business, and that is to remain consistent and intentional every day in the activities which drive my business, with the primary activity being lead generation.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I provide one-on-one coaching for real estate agents, real estate teams, real estate brokers and team leaders and small business owners.

While I coach small business owners outside of the real estate industry, I have been in the real estate industry since 2004, including a successful sales career and in a variety of leadership roles that also included the duty of recruiting talent and team building.

What sets Red Hawk Coaching apart from other coaching companies is that I customize the coaching to the client’s specific need. A lot of these big box coaching companies because of their size, lack the ability to truly get to know their clients and their businesses.

I am proud that I’ve booked over 12,000 hours of one-on-one coaching since 2010. When someone hires Red Hawk Coaching for the business coaching needs, they can count on hiring someone with substantial experience. In a world today where everyone claims to be a coach, this has been refreshing for my clients that have had not-so-positive experiences hiring a coach affiliated with other companies.

My coaching style is different from many in the fact that my personal mission is to be the calm in their storm. I build relationships with my coaching clients and I celebrate their wins. It’s not about me. It’s not about Red Hawk Coaching. At the end of the day, it is about being able to help others be their personal best both in business and life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
There is no such thing as luck. It’s hard work and time on task. Building a business is about being both consistent and intentional in daily activities that drive the business. Most of all, it is Faith in knowing that when you put in the work, God will Bless what you give to Him. I give all Glory to Him.
