Juniper Jayne Boutique was born at a pivotal moment in my life when I made intentional changes that reshaped both my health and my perspective. After experiencing significant weight loss, I found myself rebuilding my wardrobe and rethinking how clothing made me feel. During that time, I spent a lot of time shopping online boutiques, which reignited a business idea I had been holding onto for years. I had envisioned owning a boutique as early as 2017, but it was not until then that I decided to move forward and bring it to life.
I launched Juniper Jayne Boutique from the ground up with a clear vision to create a thoughtfully curated online shopping experience centered on quality, versatility, and wearability for real life. Rather than chasing fast fashion trends, I focus on selecting pieces I would personally wear and style, with an emphasis on comfort, longevity, and elevated everyday design.
Building the business has been a hands on process from the beginning. I started with lean inventory, paying close attention to buying patterns and customer feedback, and scaling intentionally over time. This approach has allowed me to make smarter buying decisions while laying the foundation for long term growth, including expanding size ranges and product categories as the business continues to grow.
Today, Juniper Jayne operates as a family business..The brand continues to evolve through customer connection and a commitment to quality over quantity.
What began as a long held idea has grown into a boutique built on intention, adaptability, and a genuine understanding of the women we serve.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For Juniper Jayne, it definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most small businesses, there were and still are growing pains like learning the ins and outs of buying, inventory mistakes, fluctuating sales, and juggling all the roles at once. There were moments of self-doubt, long days, and times when balancing business and family felt overwhelming.
But every challenge helped shape Juniper Jayne into what it is today. The struggles taught resilience, adaptability, and the importance of listening to customers. Those lessons are what allowed the boutique to continue to grow, evolve, and stay true to its heart. We learn something every day!

What sets us apart is our personal approach to curation and sizing. Having lived in multiple sizes myself, I understand how important fit and comfort are, and I am committed to building a boutique that works for women across a range of sizes. While we currently carry tops from XS to XL, denim up to size 15/16, and shoes from 6 to 10, we are actively working to expand to 1X to 3X and plus size denim. Each piece is chosen with care and quality in mind so our customers can feel confident that what they buy will last and feel special.
Since our launch in October 2024, Juniper Jayne has grown through close engagement with our community, thoughtful feedback from customers, and a focus on offering items that combine style, comfort, and versatility.
What I am most proud of is creating a space where women can feel confident and stylish without sacrificing comfort or practicality. I want readers to know that Juniper Jayne Boutique is more than just an online store. It is a lifestyle brand built on intention, authenticity, and inclusivity.
