Hi Keith, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into business ownership wasn’t straightforward. I always admired my uncle, a businessman I looked up to, and deep down, I knew one day I wanted something of my own. But life had other plans at first. I worked in sales and service jobs, learning how to talk to people, serve clients, and build relationships.
Then came a turning point — I was let go from my job. My boss told me he hoped I’d land on my feet, but the truth was, I had bills and responsibilities and no backup plan. That moment lit a fire in me. I decided I’d never put myself in that position again, and I stepped out on faith to build my own company.
With no clients, no money, and nothing but determination, I started All About Outdoor Lighting. From lighting up homes and pathways to securing properties and creating beauty after dark, I poured myself into serving families and businesses in Houston. Over time, the company expanded into additional services like pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pest control.
I don’t take the credit. Everything I’ve achieved comes from God. With Him as my business partner, the best is yet to come.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not. I struggled with self-confidence, lack of business sense, capital, and trust

I started All About Outdoor Lighting & Services with nothing but faith, determination, and a desire to serve people. What began as a small vision has grown into a multi-service company here in Houston. We specialize in outdoor landscape lighting, permanent Christmas lighting, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pest control. Our goal is simple: to make homes and businesses safer, more beautiful, and more enjoyable.
We’re best known for outdoor lighting — transforming homes with elegant designs that add curb appeal, enhance safety, and provide security. Whether it’s architectural illumination, pathway lighting, soffit lighting, or permanent roofline Christmas lights, we bring properties to life after dark. Beyond lighting, we’ve expanded into outdoor services and pest control to give our clients a one-stop solution for caring for their homes and businesses.
What sets us apart is our personal approach and our faith-driven values. I personally oversee projects to make sure they’re done with excellence, and our team treats every home as if it were our own. We don’t just provide a service; we build relationships. Clients know they can trust us because we stand behind our work, we’re local, and we’re committed to serving with integrity.
I’m most proud that our brand represents more than just business. It represents family, faith, and community. From our lighting division to pest control, everything ties back to one core message: creating safer, brighter, and better spaces for people to enjoy. And we’ve done it while staying true to who we are — a family-owned, faith-driven company.
