Kelli Nwuli, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, began her career in healthcare as a Shock Trauma ICU nurse at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center, where she cared for patients facing life-threatening injuries and complex facial reconstructions. It was there she honed the precision, critical thinking, and patient advocacy that still guide her work today. After years in acute care, she returned to school to earn her advanced practice degree, graduating as a family nurse practitioner and simultaneously moving into aesthetic medicine; drawn to its artistry, technical skill, and ability to help patients feel confident in their own skin.
After working in aesthetics for four years, Kelli knew that to create the kind of experience she envisioned for her clients, she would have to build it herself.
“I started The Skin Clinic because I wanted a space that felt different from the typical medspa,” Kelli shares. “I’ve always believed in ethical, results-driven treatments—no pressure, no upselling, just transparent, personalized recommendations and exceptional care.”
