It all started with simply loving the way a moment could be frozen in time. I picked up my camera to capture the little things: the way light fell through a window, a laugh between friends, the details you don’t want to forget. Over time, that hobby grew into something so much more.
What began with photographing friends and family turned into capturing weddings, portraits, and milestones for people who wanted their stories told in a natural, timeless way. Along the way, I found that photography isn’t just about taking pretty pictures. It’s about connection. It’s about making people feel comfortable in front of the camera and giving them images that feel like them.
I get to celebrate love stories, families, and new chapters while also growing in my own journey as a wife and dog mom. Every step here has been built on passion, gratitude, and the joy of capturing life as it truly is!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a perfectly smooth road! Like a lot of creative journeys, mine has been full of learning curves. When I first started, I had to figure out not only how to grow my skills behind the camera but also how to actually run a business – marketing, editing, scheduling, you name it. Balancing all of that while still making space to stay creative wasn’t always easy.
Another challenge has been confidence. I’m constantly learning how to trust my eye, my style, and that the right clients would connect with the way I tell stories. Over time, I’ve realized those struggles shape me into a stronger photographer and business owner.
Looking back, I’m grateful for the bumps in the road because they pushed me to grow. Every challenge has led to something better. Whether it’s finding my style, connecting with amazing clients, or building a business I truly love.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest are the simple, meaningful moments like spending time with my husband, snuggling with my dog Lucy, and being surrounded by family and friends. I also find so much joy in slowing down to notice little details, whether that’s golden sunlight at the end of the day or the way laughter fills a room.
Photography makes me happy for the same reason. It lets me hold onto those fleeting, everyday moments and help others do the same. There’s something so special about knowing the images I create will be treasured for years to come.
