Hi there, I’m Lonnie. Originally from Vietnam, I moved to the US when I was 10. Even as a little girl, I was fascinated with styling hair and experimenting with different looks. Figuring out the right career path was challenging during my college years, especially while studying marketing. However, in 2016, I made a brave decision to leave college and pursue my passion for hairstyling. It’s a choice I’ve never looked back on, and I’m grateful for the journey it’s taken me on since then.
From the moment I started working with hair, it was love at first sight. Witnessing the incredible transformations in my clients’ appearances and seeing how different colors can bring their features to life has been a truly remarkable experience. Playing with hair has become my ultimate stress reliever, and I find so much joy in it every single day.
Obsession is an understatement when it comes to my passion for hair. It has become an integral part of my life, a creative outlet that allows me to express myself and make a positive impact on others. I am beyond grateful to have found this career path, and I look forward to continuing this exciting journey of transforming lives, one strand at a time.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Despite the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic, I made the brave decision to expand into the salon industry. It was far from a smooth transition, but my unwavering faith in the power of hair motivated me to keep pushing myself and taking on new challenges. I also want to give a special thanks to my loyal clients during this hard time.
