Hi Manuel, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After the pandemic our income went down, so I decided to look for alternatives to be able to pay the bills, previously I already had a legally established company here in the United States, so we ventured to start it in an ice cream shop, my wife comes from a family heritage of Helados y Paletas de Michoacan México and on one occasion I told my project to a very dear friend who decided to join the La Mich’us Helados project, together we are working to give people the best flavor of Helados y Paletas, always with the best quality and the flavor of Mexico.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been easy because it requires investment and patience. The challenge is to always maintain excellent quality in our products and attention to our customers so that they find ice cream with the best flavor in the city.
As you know, we’re big fans of LA MICH’US. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We make artisanal ice creams and popsicles with the flavor of Mexico. My partner and friend has extensive experience in the ice cream industry, so we work very hard to bring you quality.
What does success mean to you?
Success is in every happy customer who brings a smile when they try our ice cream flavors, that makes us happy, that is why you will always find in us the best for you.
