Hi Paris, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
With the love I had for hair, I began in the beauty industry. No knowledge, just a true passion for what I love, allowed me to turn my business from nothing to something. Building a successful brand was not easy but with drive and an extreme amount of consistency, I built a loyal community that I like to call my Rich Girls. The rapid growth and success of Rich Glam Hair really pushed me to want to help other people who had business ideas but did not know where to begin. With the expertise, I have in business and the real experiences being in business brings I have now grown over 100 service and product-based businesses. Releasing “The Rich Girl Formula” book has also grown my audience wider than expected. This is how Rich Girl Formula was born.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Having a smooth road in business is a true fairytale world that I would love to live in. So, no, nothing about my road has been smooth but I love everything about my journey. The ups and downs my path has taken me on is truly how I have been able to successfully grow my client’s businesses. Funding and support was two of my biggest struggles when starting in business. As the brands grew those became easier but I struggled with losing the drive and consistency when things did not go as planned. The word consistency seems so overly used but any entrepreneur know this is literally what your brand is built on and to struggle with it can truly hurt your business. Years later with multiple successful businesses, I still have to deal with challenges and obstacles but my true passion for doing what I love allows me to push through.

What are your plans for the future?
As needs for businesses change daily, it really requires you to think ahead. As I watch the growth and lane that social media is taking business owners, content is a must. I am looking forward to creating something where it makes it easier for our brand owners, social media managers, creators and more to create content. The key to marketing is the content you create and I want to be a resource so businesses can do it the most effective way.
