

Today we’d like to introduce you to Salvador Esparza.
Hi Salvador, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always had the desire to have of having my own business. After working for several local Radio, TV, and Newspaper companies, I gathered enough experience to venture on my own. At the time, my now business partner Monica had just registered an LLC under the name of Praderio Consulting. She was doing her own thing as well. While having lunch I mentioned my plans of going on doing my own thing and she suggested we partner up. And now we are here… ready to serve our clients.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Just like most small businesses the first few years have not been easy. We started off as a “traditional ad agency” servicing clients that needed to advertise on radio, TV, print, and billboards. For a while, that was doing well but noticed that we can only take it so far and the rest of the process was up to the medium we were using and the people working there to perform. We were pretty much dependent on others to generate the results we needed for our clients. So we made a shift, we ventured into digital advertising and video production. We felt that with this shift, we can provide and control a bit more of their ROI for our clients. Some of the struggles now are just convincing our old clients to make that shift to the new way of advertising.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a full-service Digital Agency that takes a client with no or some internet presence and creates a strategic English and/or Spanish advertising campaign tailored to their specific needs. We at Praderio Consulting LLC create websites, landing pages, video content, and wrap all that up with some google, youtube, and social media ads to generate leads.
The thing that I feel that sets us apart from your typical agency is that we listen to our client’s needs and care to bring the best most results possible. We measure everything and have close communication with our clients in order to make sure the campaigns are generating the right results.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice for anyone starting out is, your word is worth more than money. Deliver to your clients what you said you were going to do. Always think of how you can put yourself out of business to be ready for anything, we are all dispensable and if you don’t educate yourself on how to bring value to your clients you will be replaced. Always be open to new ideas.
