Community Highlights: Meet Shara Nar Natour of Natour’s Galore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shara Nar Natour

Hi Shara Nar , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
From a young age, I discovered my passion for being a resourceful person for those around me, which initially drew me to nursing. However, life took a different turn, leading me to entrepreneurship and uncovering my talent for sales. I enrolled in real estate school but soon realized that building a successful career in real estate takes time and investment. This prompted me to explore other opportunities, including selling insurance and helping my community save on utility costs.

After establishing my own utilities business, I sought mentorship in the construction industry, which opened doors to subcontracting and connecting with commercial investors. Recognizing the potential for growth, I aimed to create a one-stop shop for my clients’ needs. This journey eventually led me to work closely with pharmacy investors, where I learned to open and manage pharmacies. I successfully launched four pharmacies, but as I became a new mother, I realized I needed a change.

I began studying for my real estate exam, leveraging the trust I had built in the community through my previous ventures. My first significant deal was a penthouse in the prestigious River Oaks area, marking the start of my real estate journey. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting clients with leasing, buying, selling, and investing in properties. Working as a realtor feels like my true calling, and helping clients save and make money is my greatest joy, alongside being a devoted mother.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The beginning of my real estate journey was far from ideal. I struggled to find support form other fellow realtors already seasoned that I considered freinds. I found myself with brokers who prioritized their own convenience over my needs, highlighting how cutthroat the real estate world can be. This experience is why I take such pride in being a helping hand to new realtors. I understand the difficulties they face and am committed to supporting them as they navigate their own journeys. This world needs more good souls.

We’ve been impressed with Natour’s Galore, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
