Community Highlights: Meet Stacey Pradia of SUJO Holding, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Pradia

Hi Stacey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Stacey Nikole Pradia

Stacey Pradia is a Houston, TX native born and raised in 5th ward, graduated from the High
School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, attended Clark Atlanta University for he
undergraduate degree. Stacey is the daughter of 3 to her parents Mother at the tender age of 87 and her Father resting peacefully in Heaven.

Stacey is a mother of 1 son.

Stacey is the Founder and CEO, SUJO Holdings, LLC Family of Companies in the Houston
area, in the Real Estate/Title industry for nearly 2 decades. Stacey has diligently crafted a space in the Title Insurance and Real Estate/Development consulting sector.

On 12/12/2023 Stacey’s life changed forever.. Her story was now the story of How God has a plan and by all means he desires for his children to manifest hi plan. Suffering to Prosperity is a part of Gods plan in ones life
Stacey ‘s Heart and now mission through her own Foundation to share her story
Nationwide, support other BC Previvors and Survivors through teaching the importance of
advocating for self, listening to your body and early detection.

• Diagnosed 12/12/2023 @ Age 46
• Stage 1B Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer)
• Brca2 positive gene mutation
• Er+, PrG+, Her2 negative

In 2024 – Stacey completed 3 surgeries
• Bilateral Mastectomy • Hysterectomy • Reconstruction

Now Living Cancer Free as of 6/17/2024

My purpose and mission is to serve and advocate for women who survive cancer, survive divorce, survive the death of a parent, all while being a Mother, a daughter to an elderly parent and owning and operating a company geared to help All people but specifically Women. Stacey’s Foundation will launch on March 3, 2025.

SUJO was established in 2020

SU (Prefix of my Mother’s 1st name “SUsie” and

JO (Prefix of my Father’s middle name “JOseph”

SUJO is was embodies the endless prayers and efforts of my parents to provide for their 3 children.

I connect families to the Visions and Goals they never knew they could accomplish

I am extraordinary because I have lived the struggle I now Know how to advocate for others

I am most proud that I am qualified asset to the improvement of ones life.
(Example: After college, In 2003 moved back to Houston and would hear my parents talk about how they wanted to buy a house and leave it to their children. But they didn’t know the 1st step of homeownership. My Mother a cosmetologist and my father the proud owner of Pradia & Son Shoe shine. I made it my mission to learn the entire process. I began my career in Title Insurance in 2003, Received my Real Estate license in 2005. I located and closed on my parents 1st home purchase, they were in their early 70’s.. With my continued education in the finance, real estate and title insurance sector, I have monetized my skill set to help over 10,000 families reach their lifetime goal of Home ownership to create and maintain Wealth principles for their family.

I am for All people – I am no different from anyone God puts in my path. I am a servant to put God 1st and show the world my accomplishments are Faith Forward and Family Fulfilled. I am compassionate and due to my own struggles my level of transparency, assurance I provide key factors to each and every client.

Patience ( The client doesn’t know what I know- I must share- for the equality of All)
Understanding ( What is their Why/)
Open-minded ( no situation is the same)
Attentive listener ( Understanding the clients purpose and thoughts)
A closer- (I am the plug) – I connect the dots to complete their circle. Full Circle (Signifying the sense of completion)

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was Shy yet Independent ( I was know as the I can do it child)

I Didn’t quite understand myself -I am Creole which is a mix pot of races.
Didn’t quite know where I fit in. Which resulted in my being quiet in most situations- voiding out many opportunities

I loved to travel, ice skate, and write
