Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittney Bates.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am a former Mrs. Texas and 27 years old from Willis, Texas! While most of my career success is in sales, I am most proud of my work in my community. I am an avid supporter of the Montgomery County Women’s Center and was selected as the 2019 Women of Distinction. I started my sales career in high school, selling t-shirts and custom designs. I enjoyed the client interaction and knew I was on to something. Flash forward ten years and I am beginning a new adventure as a Major Accounts Sales District Manager for ADP.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I wish I could say it has been easy, it hasn’t, but totally worth it. I have been challenged and tested from every possible way and am so glad it has led me to ADP.

Who do you look up to? How have they inspired you?
I am most inspired by my best friend/business partner, Raquel Fatiuk, and my sister Courtlynn Gilliam. These are two ladies who I have watched master the art of career, family and friends. My sister even finds time to cook dinner at night, whooaaa! They are strong women who have taught me so much all while building me up. It is important to help others in your way to the top and they have taught me just that.
