Today we’d like to introduce you to Aricelda White

Hi Aricelda, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Aricelda, and I am the owner of Mrs. White’s Bake House. I am delighted to introduce you to my small business. I have been baking for over 16 years. My passion for baking began with my family, friends, and colleagues, and it eventually evolved into my business.

In 2014, I relocated to Houston and vowed never to bake again. However, while working in the medical field, I began baking for my coworkers, neighbors, and friends. I soon realized that baking was my true calling and returned to it.

Baking has always been a source of comfort, joy, and fulfillment for me. It has been a constant companion throughout my life. I absolutely love creating flavorful and visually appealing goodies. It is a continuous reminder of why I began baking.

In 2025, we have experienced significant growth. We have expanded our services to include corporate events, corporate orders, and collaborations with personal chefs as their pastry providers. We have also opened a refrigerated display case in Roots & Relics Antiques and Garden in Rosenberg Texas. This allows us to provide our clients with convenient and accessible our desserts.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Running a small company and transitioning to a growing business isn’t without its struggles! Growing pains are real, and they hit hard. The rising costs of raw materials, along with the extra details we love to add to our products, make a big difference. Going from being a one-person operation to hiring staff has been a challenge too, especially in finding someone who cares about the company as much as I do.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Baking has really been my passion for years. We are well known for our caramel apples have created thousands of apples for hundreds of people and companies. We clients reviews are what makes me proud.
