Hi Cerise, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I spent over 18 years working in operations management and sales in the hair removal industry. Even though I accomplished many things in this stretch of my life I realized after many years that I wanted to be in a more fulfilling position that not only allowed me to have more work/life balance, but truly allowed me to continuously grow as a professional. I was able to join the True Digital Marketing team in early 2024 and haven’t looked back since! Melinda & Shon welcomed me in and immediately started to share their knowledge and expertise in the industry. Both took me under their wing and have helped me increase my professional confidence in the industry. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the digital marketing world and the feeling of knowing that I have helped someone begin or accelerate their own journey to success!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all! There is a lot of work that goes into being a successful Digital Marketing Consultant and I even considered quitting during my first few months. Cold calls are not for the weak! And at times working with the leaders of our agency was intimidating because they are so great at what they do and I felt like I was terrible at the job. I had never done professional networking, so that also took a lot of adjusting and getting used to.

I am a Digital Marketing Consultant with True Digital Marketing. We help small business owners compete for new customers and build their online presence. We specialize in custom website design, SEO, social media, and online advertising. With nearly 100 reviews on our Google business listing, our goal is to be apart of our client’s business and they can rely on us to be there digital marketing partner. We are most known for our website designs and excellent service at competitive prices. I am most proud of our team/agency as a whole; we are truly doing the work and helping others reach their goals. I believe what sets us apart from other agencies is the fact that we don’t just provide services, we educate and empower our clients to accomplish the things in their business they may have thought were out of reach; and our passion for the work is unmatched.
How do you think about happiness?
Helping people meet their business goals and make more money. I feel fulfilled and accomplished knowing that I was able to assist and be supportive, this makes me happy.
