Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose Gutierrez.
Hi Jose, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Back in 2017 I, Jose and my brother Noe Gutierrez, purchased a land in Magnolia TX, and started building our dream business from the ground up, with the support of our wife’s dream came through and after years of hard work we were able to open for business and hosted our first event in May of 2025. We had the honor to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary as of our first event. Was a great double celebration.
I, Jose Gutierrez and my beautiful wife Debora Gutierrez host our own wedding in our own backyard, is when we realized we should open a wedding venue business.
My brother, Noe Gutierrez and his wife Yoka Gutierrez, didn’t think it twice and associated to the family business.
Bronco Venue
In Bronco Venue you will find 9,000 square feet of space, capacity for up to 350 guests, to bring your loved ones to celebrate together.
In the Bride Room upstairs, you will find comfortable area to rest, vanity spot and private restroom.
Gally and Bar are ready to serve food and drinks to your loved ones.
In the main Hall, spacious ladies and gentlemen rest rooms are always sparkly clean.
The Wooden Stage will be the most representable area for your unforgettable moments.
Spacious Parking Lot will accommodate all your guests.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes, land need it to be fill up to in some areas 2 and 3 feet.
All the engineering and permits was a paint.
Fire marshal and codes was a good experience to deal with.
Water well drill was the most difficult and stressful.
Was hard to find the perfect bank, after that process was easy.
Went through the difficult time of the pandemic
Now the easy part, to learn and improve selling skills.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a I&E technician (instrument & electrical) I work for the oil & gas industry, travelled overseas work related, been in the industry for 32 years. I’m proud of to be able to accomplish this venue project from the ground up and learning in the process all legal requirements, engineering, electrical codes, safety codes, structural, plumbing and more. I was the architect and designer as well the general contractor.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Debora Gutierrez, my wife, she always been there beside me advising and supporting in all decisions, no decision was made before listen and consider her opinions and advising.
Noe Gutierrez, my brother and partner associate, and his wife Yoka Gutierrez, without his 40% contribution this project never couldn’t be done the way it is.
The support fiscally and spiritual of our parents was a big key to the success.
