Hi Keara , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been following my dreams of being a Singer-songwriter, Actress and Model. When i decided to take charge of my life and follow my destiny things have completely taken a 180. I have published a book titled “You are Her” a few years to empower young women.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a long and windy road but i am blessed to have an amazing support system and God behind me. My biggest obstacles omni call have been myself. I was very insecure in my passions and didn’t believe i was capable. But taking a leap of faith and manifesting my dreams has made the road less daunting.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I have completed a webseries titled “Struggles of a pretty girl”, and i am starring in an action film this fall in Atlanta. Everyday i am learning more and more about acting. I am a singer-songwriter as well and have just crossed over 400,000 spotify streams and i receive apple play and shazam’s around the world. I am so proud that u have taken time to follow my dreams and i also am studying veterinarian medicine and volunteer as well. I believe my empathetic heart and knowledge of so many areas of life have really made me the person i am and i encourage others to follow their own path.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
The advice i would give anyone is to challenge your limiting beliefs. I believe fully believing in a god or higher power can also push you to do your best. Learning about the law of assumption and that i can make my own reality has really made me feel like the world is my oyster. I believe once you challenge your beliefs and push to fufill your goals and higher power then you can know that you are ready now and can bring your future goals to the now. Always stay learning and it is not to late to jump into the entertainment industry or even back into school, the time will pass anyway.
