Today we’d like to introduce you to Liyah Dalani. They and their team shared their story with us below:
Liyah Dalani grew up in Seattle and spent her last 5 years in New York before coming to Houston. Music has been in her life since she was a child, playing instruments and singing in the choir. Liyah began writing poetry in elementary school and then began writing raps in middle school.
Liyah Dalani dropped her first track ‘Counting My Blessings’, followed by her EP Introspection and singles ‘Real Bitch’, ‘Higher Self’, and ‘First Off’ hosted by the great Busta Rhymes. Things have just begun for her and she is excited to put out her new work.

Liyah Dalani is a singer, rapper, and producer.
Dalani is known for soothing melodies and rich lyrics. She is a unique female artist who shows a new dimension of women in music. Her tracks ‘First Off’ and ‘Stargaze’ have a smooth soul sound, while tracks like ‘Real Bitch’ are more hype.
What do you think about happiness?
Making music and creating different forms of art. Learning new things and expressing myself. Self-love and being present with people close to me.
