His brand, Obey Your Dreams, inspires people worldwide to manifest their dreams into reality. Known for his slogans, “I create art that matters for people who care” and “Dare to be different,” Mike is dedicated to sparking positive change through music, fashion, and culture. He firmly believes that living in your purpose is life’s only obligation.
From his high end metaphors, to his creative song topics. Lawry has probably been the most slept on artist in the game. Known for bringing his real life experiences into his music, Mike has made a name for himself. Winning multiple awards, such as lyricist of the year, movement of the year, and rap artist of the year, from prominent institutions in the hip hop community such as the SCM awards, Memphis Hip-Hop awards and other awards like the Trail Blazer award from Rust College. No it’s been plenty of road blocks! from jail, to money issues, and even death in the family.
