Today we’d like to introduce you to Mina Irfan.
Hi Mina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I lost my mother to cancer weeks before giving birth to my second child. About 8 months later I started a YouTube channel to overcome my grief and meet other women like me. I was craving community and sisterhood. I started off sharing hauls and doing handbag reviews and slowly a small group of women started assembling.
After moving to Houston, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, a brutal autoimmune disease that affects your bones and joints. I refused medication and threw myself into reading books, talking to wholistic doctors, and documenting that journey on youtube. My audience grew even bigger. A few years after I started talking about inner work and spirituality, which lead some subscribers to suggest that I become a Life Coach.
In 2016, I launched my life coaching business and wrote my first book, now in its second edition, Contained in Love. In November of 2017, I launched my first digital course, making multiple six figures in my first year. The six figure years quickly turned into six figure months. Every year thereafter, we have been serving more and more people creating a divine ripple effect of healing on the planet. I had my first million dollar month in November of 2022, only five years later.
In 2023 I published my second book, Lady Balls: How to become Savagely Successful in a World Addicted to Suffering, which become a best selling within 20 minutes of its launch and has impacted the lives of many.
At the time of this writing, I have created over 200 digital courses and other assets including 2 youtube channels with over 1200 free video trainings. We have also hosted over a dozen and a half in-person events and currently planning our next Houston event called Addicted to Abundance. and have impacted tens of thousands of women all over the planet. The transformation testimonials pour in daily and I couldn’t be more proud.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Difficult pregnancies, autoimmune disease, the loss of both of my parents by the age of 36, the road was definitely not smooth but I feel blessed.
Throughout the ups and downs of Life I have become closer in my faith and my marriage has gotten more and more robust. I truly believe duality is God’s way of stretching our capacity. How we lead ourselves through difficult moments is part of the legacy we leave for our children.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Although I am a 8 times certified Master Life Coach and Trauma Informed Spiritual Mentor with a background in Communications, Anthropology, and Evolutionary Psychology from Northwestern University – I am most proud of the legacy work I do with clients that stems 7 generations back and 7 generations forward.
I help women reconnect with their GodSpark. Over the last nine years of working with women all over the world…doctors, entrepreneurs, healers, creators…I’ve noticed one sacred thread that runs through all of them.
They’ve done everything right. The degrees. The certifications. The personal growth work. The nervous system regulation. The manifestation rituals. And yet… something still feels stagnant. It’s not that they’re in pain. It’s not that they’re lost. It’s that their divine plug to Source has a kink in it. The connection that once felt electric has dimmed. My work has always been about helping women remember that connection…the place where your wealth, your work, and your worship become one seamless current. Because when your GodSpark is fully lit, everything else…money, love, creativity, magnetism…becomes inevitable.
What puts my work in a paradigm of it’s own is looking at the deepest root of the WHOLE woman. Going deep while never losing site that as spiritual beings the energetics of one thing touches everything else in our life.
What were you like growing up?
I was born to Pakistani Immigrant parents in Illinois. We moved a lot and never stayed in one neighborhood for too long. Books became my closest friends. I became an avid reader from the age of 7 and was very introverted as a child.
In fact the reason I wanted to become millionaire was to quit my job, stay home, and read all day! To this day I read about 10-20 books a month.
