Hi Saba, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my journey in the wedding and events industry as an event designer, and over the past three years, I’ve worked closely with established planners, quietly building both experience and a deep passion for creating elevated celebrations.
Saha Events was officially launched just last month, but even in its earliest stage, the response has been overwhelming. Within weeks, we secured six clients and successfully executed our first event—a two-day wedding in Houston.
My friend Sneha and I have both been in the industry for years, and together we finally decided to turn what we had been envisioning for a long time into reality. As one of the younger founders in this industry, I’m proud to be building a brand that blends fresh perspective with real experience, and this is only the beginning for Saha Events.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth journey. Starting something in such a detail-driven industry comes with pressure, especially when you’re building a brand while still in the early stages of your own personal career paths.
One of the biggest challenges has been balancing it all—I’m currently a student, and also manage a full-time job alongside building Saha Events. Learning to divide our time, energy, and focus between everything has been demanding, but also incredibly shaping.
Another challenge has been stepping into the industry as one of the youngest founder teams. You’re constantly earning trust while proving your vision, which pushes you to be more intentional, detail-oriented, and disciplined from day one.
Even with the challenges, every experience has strengthened our foundation—and made Saha Events feel even more purposeful as it grows.

At Saha Events, we specialize in designing and planning weddings, engagements, corporate events, graduations, and meaningful celebrations with a focus on detail, elegance, and seamless execution.
We’re known for our modern yet timeless aesthetic and our ability to turn ideas into elevated, well-curated experiences. What we’re most proud of is our fast growth since launching—booking six clients within weeks and successfully executing our first two-day wedding in Houston.
What sets us apart is our perspective. As one of the youngest founder teams in the industry, we bring fresh creativity backed by over three years of hands-on experience, combining strong design vision with precise execution.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Luck has played a meaningful role in our journey so far—especially in the form of support and timing. We’ve been fortunate to have strong encouragement from friends already in the industry, which has helped us grow faster and learn quickly.
We’ve also had moments where opportunities came in unexpectedly—clients we didn’t anticipate, yet somehow everything aligned at the right time. It often feels like when one door closes, another one opens, and in a better way, which has kept us motivated and confident in the direction we’re building Saha Events.
