Today we’d like to introduce you to Tj Hart
Hi Tj, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Born and raised in Victorville, Ca.
Product of a single mother emigrated from Okinawa, Japan with raising three kids on her own. Raised up on section 8,
no positive male role models & moving place to place. I got in trouble and at a young age. I started to realize all these other little boys had fathers to take to them to play sports.
My mom was busy going to school and working to just keep the lights on. I was a jitterbug always moving and into something running, jumping, flipping. A kid with so much energy and no outlet to redirect.
So a lot of that energy went into getting into trouble. My trouble caught up with me I had to go to jail because of a fight and that led me towards making a change & giving back.
I did my own community service, I went to low-income apts like the ones I was raised in and gave those kids an outlet for all their energy. Free workouts, teaching them how to play sports, sponsoring kids who couldn’t afford to play, sponsoring teams who need equipment & giving HOPE to these kids who need it the most.
I am very blessed to say I train many athletes of various sports and help current high school athletes earn scholarships. I am also the Lead Coach and Director of Speed at Ollin here in Cypress, Texas. We’re fortunate to work with NCAA, NFL, NBA, UFC, WBA, WBO, & Professional athletes of all sports, retired athletes & iconic legends I can’t even begin to rattle off.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest obstacle was getting out of my own way. Just figuring out life is bigger than you and your issues. Issues resolved turn to solutions for others.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
