Hi Yasmen, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
In 2015, I embarked on my digital odyssey as a YouTuber, sharing my life’s moments and makeup escapades with the world. With each video, I poured my creativity and authenticity, hoping to connect with audiences far and wide. But as the tides of fate would have it, the waves of change swept in with the onset of the pandemic. 

With courage and strength, I took up a job at the local school center, conducting COVID tests. Yet, as the echoes of uncertainty lingered on top of the early morning and sleepless nights, I found myself wanting more—a glimmer of hope amidst the storm. 

Despite the chaos, my love for cooking emerged. In the comfort of my kitchen, I found comfort, channeling my cooking passions into delicious creations that stirred souls and enticed taste buds. 

With each dish, I discovered a newfound purpose—a calling to share my cooking with the world. Armed with pots and pans, I embarked on a digital gourmet adventure, sharing my food chronicles on social media platforms. 

As my savory tales unfolded, an audience captivated by my cooking charisma began to gather—a community bound by a shared love for good food and heartfelt stories. My virtual kitchen became a sanctuary—a place where flavors danced and hearts rejoiced. 

And then, DoorDash came knocking—an invitation to join their esteemed platform, a validation of my cooking skills and the quality of my creations. With a leap of faith, I embraced the opportunity, stepping into a world of endless possibilities. 

With each delivery, I shared not just meals but moments—a taste of my passion delivered with love. My journey from struggling YouTuber to celebrated cook was a testament to the power of resilience, reinvention, and unwavering determination. 

In the midst of my cooking odyssey, I found not just success but fulfillment—a journey fueled by love, seasoned with perseverance, and savored with every bite. And as the aroma of my cooking triumphs wafted through the air, I knew that my story was just beginning—a tale of transformation destined to inspire generations to come. 

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Having a small child that required a lot of my time. There were sleepless nights and lots of early mornings. I was also afraid to share my cooking journey on social media because of what people might have to save. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a self-made food enthusiast who loves to cook and share my creations on social media. I’m known as the place that doesn’t close. I’m most proud of being able to keep going despite the backlash that comes with sharing my food creations online. Making food my clients love while offering a variety of dishes and tailoring my menu to cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of my clients.
