Anthony, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I had just landed my dream job with a six-figure salary when I received a call informing me that my daughter had gotten into trouble. It hit me hard because I had moved away for this job, and she felt like I had chosen my career over hers. That moment served as an awakening, making me realize that many parents believe they are helping their children by pursuing their own dreams but often neglect building a strong relationship with their family.
Right then and there, I made a firm decision to guide parents in repairing and strengthening their relationships with their children. Through this journey, I managed to mend the bond between my daughter and me. Today, we travel across the United States, sharing our experiences and teaching parents how to cultivate profitable businesses while maintaining an unbreakable connection with their children.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The path hasn’t been easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything because it has taught me the significance of disc assessments, personality tests, coaching style tests, and love language tests along the way. Among the many hurdles, one of the most significant challenges lies in comprehending your child and enabling them to understand you. However, what matters the most is learning how to mutually uphold accountability for the things that contribute to our individual growth and the prosperity of our business.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
As a Life Coach and Financial Literacy Consultant, and Motivator, a crucial aspect of my role is to establish strong relationships and partnerships with schools and businesses worldwide. My biggest accomplishment is the lives I am changing but also the relationship I saved with my daughter. The biggest separation from me and others it’s never a conversation about my growth but how others grow me through the relationships being built.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
To me, success isn’t merely about providing my daughter with everything I lacked in life. It goes beyond that. It’s about imparting to her the knowledge and wisdom I never possessed, ensuring that it carries forward to future generations within our family. By doing so, I am creating a profound legacy, one that is built upon continuous learning and the transmission of valuable insights.
