Today we’d like to introduce you to Dalia Campos.
Hi Dalia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Towards the end of 2020, I was in a position where I felt defeated. I was going to college, and beauty school and had two jobs in retail. I knew as a first-generation Mexican-American that in this country everything is possible. I graduated with a cosmetology and barbering license and was optimistic about using the talents and knowledge that were given to me from a young age to truly reach my goals. Even though I disliked the beauty industry, I stayed firm to excel in a place where I felt that I didn’t belong. I knew that I had to start from the bottom to work my way up to where I wanted to be. I was working towards starting a business that could elevate me to the position to pay for my college expenses and have the flexibility to be self-employed. In reality, my dream was to become a medical surgeon.
My passion came from wanting to be able to help people heal. I felt a love for knowledge and science but I also knew that I wasn’t meant to be stuck in a routine. I had faith in myself and through the darkest of times when I felt at my worst was where I found light.
I started my healing journey at the end of 2020, right after my father passed away from Covid. I wanted to make him proud and quickly learned how to transform an unfortunate event into an optimistic opportunity. I needed a new beginning so I turned to social media and started to indulge myself in the world of crystals. At first, I was infatuated with its aesthetic but soon enough I fell deeply in love. I was able to experience the energy of each crystal and later had a spiritual awakening.
This personal experience truly changed my point of view in life. I used to not believe in the unknown but the truth about crystals is that there is science behind it. As a science major, you learn to see the world in a logical way. I started to think about my path in life and who I am meant to become. I wanted a flexible career where I could travel and see the world. A career where I can heal from a different perspective. The gem and mineral industry has allowed me to accomplish and envision myself in a position where I’ve always wanted to be.
I’ve placed a lot of time, effort, and dedication to be where I am today. I’ve spent sleepless nights traveling to bring my customers only the best quality minerals. I’ve met so many loving people along the way who encourage and support my beliefs. My crystal shop is a symbol that hard work and dedication pay off. I am ecstatic to be able to help so many people transform their lives through frequency, love, and light. It’s interesting how the universe can place you in a position you would have never thought to be in.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some obstacles that I have faced are more emotional than physical. I’ve felt the hardships of not having my family’s support, and I’ve felt lonely in my journey but I am grateful for my husband and friends who have supported me unconditionally. It has not been as smooth of a road as I would love for it to be but I stay as optimistic as possible.
My stress and anxiety levels have been a difficult challenge to overcome but I am still working on taking a step back and learning how to take necessary breaks for my mental health. One of the challenges I am working on overcoming is learning that not everything has to be perfect, I am human and I am allowed to make mistakes. I’ve learned to value myself and create a safe space where I can assist people to overcome obstacles together.

Krystallia Crystals is Latina owned, I am a crystal shop owner in Houston, Texas. who travels for crystals as I love to hand-select each crystal in our shop as well as also mine a variety of specimens myself. I take pride and joy in bringing Houston a wide selection of high-quality crystals.
My shop is known for being a safe space where you can soak up all the good vibes and feel at peace. I am an empath that uses my gifts to direct you to the energy of the crystal you need. I am proud to share the energy of the person I have become full of happiness, creativity, and love with others.

What matters to me the most is to bring each person a unique experience when they enter my store.
