Daily Inspiration: Meet Daniel Harder

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Harder.

Hi Daniel, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Born and raised in Germany. Self-made from scratch. Moved to the USA to follow my passion as a professional Muscle model and athlete after winning the Pro card in 2017. Still obsessed with building a better body and stronger mindset!

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Lots of obstacles. Mentally, as well as physically. But “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” I know it’s an old saying, but I truly believe in it.

Every setback makes you reconsider and realize what’s truly important to you. You get up, overcome yourself, and rise stronger.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Back home (Germany), I was working as the district manager for a large franchise Gym company (compare it to LA Fitness or 24 Hour). I was heavily involved in developing new facilities and especially training the employees. My focus was based on leadership and building a good team. After my move to the US, I started my personal training company with my passion to work and help people accomplish their fitness goals.
Fitness is much more than just physical ability. I truly believe this! No, let me correct that; I guarantee if your fitness game is on top, it will project into your business ethics and also into your relationship standards.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I really don’t believe in luck! Modern men are weak and degenerated by social media. Get up and get it done! For me, every day is a blessing. Getting up healthy, Having a house, car & food on your table. Being able to go to work and enjoy what I do to make a living is just incredible. I can’t ask for much more!
