Today we’d like to introduce you to Deont’e Antoine.
Hi Deont’e, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I ain’t gonna lie, life can be amazing, and life can be hard. But for me, I feel like every day is a battle. Every day, I have to find something better to do—something to keep my mind busy—because when you get too comfortable, you’re bound to get into something you don’t need to be in.
I never really had a lot growing up, especially when it came to clothes and stuff like that. But I always had a thing for fashion. I was never really into getting in trouble because deep down, I knew I was meant to be great. So I always stayed out the way, stayed to myself, and kept my mind focused on something bigger.
Then I ran across CashK, and he introduced me to fashion. That changed the way I looked at clothes, style, and even myself. Fashion became more than just clothes to me—it became a way to express who I am and where I’m trying to go.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A lot of the challenges I’ve faced shaped who I am today and pushed me to want more out of life.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a creative focused on building my own lane through content creation, fashion, music, modeling, and entrepreneurship. I’m best known for my personal style, creativity, and the way I bring different parts of my personality into everything I create. I’m currently building my platform through YouTube and social media, where I want to create entertaining, authentic content that people can connect with.
I’m also passionate about fashion and discovering unique pieces, especially streetwear and archive-inspired styles. Music is another major part of my creativity, and I use it as another way to express myself.
What I’m most proud of is that I’m building everything from the ground up and creating my own identity instead of trying to copy what everyone else is doing. What sets me apart is that I’m not trying to fit into one category—I’m creating my own.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I believe luck has played a role in my life, but I don’t think luck is the reason I’m going to be successful. I’ve had moments where being in the right place at the right time introduced me to new people, new opportunities, and new interests. Meeting CashK and being introduced to fashion is one example.
At the same time, I’ve had to create my own opportunities. I don’t want to sit around waiting for luck to find me. I believe in putting myself in position, taking risks, staying consistent, and making something happen when an opportunity comes my way.
To me, luck is when preparation meets opportunity. I’m grateful for the doors that have opened for me, but I plan on being the reason those doors stay open.
