Today we’d like to introduce you to Dhee Ramos.
Hi Dhee, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started creating content back in 2015, initially sharing fashion posts. To be honest, I wasn’t really a fashionista, it was just what was trending at the time, and I was exploring where I fit in the space. I also worked with different brands doing product reviews, which helped me understand content creation early on.
Everything shifted in 2016 when I got pregnant. That’s when I started sharing my journey as a mom, and it felt so much more natural and authentic to who I was. I connected with other moms going through the same experiences, and over time, my content evolved into what it is today.
Now, I focus on motherhood, homeschooling, and family travel, creating content that’s both relatable and helpful for families. What started as simply sharing my life has grown into a full-time career, and I’ve been able to build a community of parents who genuinely trust and connect with my content. It’s been an unexpected but really rewarding journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. When I first started, I didn’t really know what my niche was or where I fit, so there was a lot of trial and error. I went from fashion to product reviews to motherhood content, trying to figure out what felt right and what actually connected with people.
One of the biggest challenges was consistency, especially after becoming a mom. Balancing content creation with raising kids, and now homeschooling, hasn’t always been easy. There were times I felt burnt out, doubted myself, or questioned if I should keep going, especially when growth was slow or opportunities weren’t consistent.
Another challenge was learning the business side of content creation. Understanding my value, setting rates, and saying no to low-paying collaborations took time and confidence. But those challenges really shaped where I am today. They taught me to be more intentional, to stay authentic, and to build something that truly aligns with my life and my audience.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a full-time content creator behind The Mom Life (@themomlifevlogs), where I focus on motherhood, homeschooling, and family travel. I create content that’s both relatable and genuinely helpful for parents, from things to do with kids around Houston to family-friendly travel ideas and everyday mom life moments.
In addition to content creation, I recently started a social media management and virtual assistant agency, where I help businesses grow their online presence through content, strategy, and support. It’s been an exciting way for me to use my experience behind the scenes to help other brands succeed.
I’m known for creating content that feels real and easy to connect with. My audience trusts me because I don’t just show the highlight reel, I share the real side of motherhood while still keeping things fun, engaging, and informative. Whether it’s a quick local outing or a big family trip, I always try to give practical value that other parents can actually use.
What I’m most proud of is building a strong, engaged community of over 250,000 parents across my platforms. It started from simply sharing my life, and now it’s grown into something that not only supports my family but also helps other families discover new experiences and make meaningful memories together.
What sets me apart is how I blend storytelling with useful content. I don’t just show a place or a product, I show how it fits into real family life. That balance of authenticity, relatability, and value is what keeps my audience engaged and keeps brands coming back to work with me.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I’ve always been confident and independent. I’m the oldest of six siblings, so from a young age, I naturally stepped into a leadership role and helped take care of everyone. That responsibility really shaped my work ethic and how I show up in everything I do today.
I was also very active in school. I joined different clubs, became a president in some of them, and participated in beauty pageants and dancing competitions. I’ve always enjoyed being involved, being on stage, and expressing myself creatively.
Looking back, those experiences really built my confidence and leadership skills early on. They taught me how to connect with people, stay disciplined, and take initiative, which are all things that continue to help me now as a content creator and business owner.
