Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Dillard.
Hi Jennifer, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. After experiencing severe burn-out I ended my career as CEO & Owner to pursue my own Wellness Journey.
I then immersed myself in retreats, deep coaching, facilitator trainings and certification programs. Now I create my own programs, retreats and coaching to help others understand mind-body awareness and the power we all have within us.
I specialize in Mastering work-life balance, creating a positive mindset, understanding mind-body awareness, regulating your nervous system to manage stress and how to create healthy well-being habits.
Our bodies are magical, when we have our mind and body in a calm state-we can achieve anything while feeling our best!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The struggle was real! When you are burnt-out everything feels overwhelming and too much! I thought selling my business was the answer- yet I felt worse after and started getting sick within months of doing so. I knew it was time to do something very different to get myself back to me again-and my path started unfolding and I followed it…….
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a Wellness Coach specializing in helping women reverse burn-out, understand their mind-body connection, create a positive mindset, embody tools for a happier life, and regulate their nervous systems.
I am most proud when I hear someone tell me something I taught them changed their life.
What sets me apart from others is my corporate experience added to my life experience-I have lived it and am passionate about teaching others! I teach in a unique way that gives you science behind what is happening in your body and the practices to release and manage your nervous system-it really works!
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Find a coach, if not me, someone-everyone requires a life coach in some way!
