Today we’d like to introduce you to Jimmeka Malone
Hi Jimmeka, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My love for photography started at a young age. I have always been the person to capture moments for my family that they can look back on. I got where I am today with clients who trust me to capture those special moments.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I wish it has a been a smooth road. I at times question myself if I am good enough or comparing myself to other photographers. I had to realize that my journey is what makes me unique.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a natural light photographer that specialized in lifestyle photography, including portraits. I love to make my clients laugh and be comfortable during our time together where I capture those candid moments.
What matters most to you?
Family. After recently losing my dad I realize life is short and to never take time for granted.
