Today we’d like to introduce you to Joy Aracena
Hi Joy, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
The passion started after I had my first home. Buying a home is one of the dreams everyone has and I learned my lessons throughout the process. I realized I could’ve done better but I can’t go back in time so I decided to take my classes and get my license. Being a Realtor that anyone can trust & rely on is what everyone needs. I didn’t have one back on the times I was the “buyer” so here I am! Be an advocate for the best interests of my clients, educate them, understand and listen to them, just being there for them, that’s what I’m here for.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, not really. There’s good days and bad days. I learn to adapt. It took me a while to learn how to balance life & work.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I do service any real estate transaction. Buy, Sell, & Rent are the most common one. I have my love for First Time HomeBuyers.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
When I was maybe 7 or 8, I tried cooking a sunnysideup egg, and it almost burn our house LOL 😀 Now I can cook that perfectly. LOL
