Today we’re excited to be connecting with Kayla Fadojutimi again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Kayla, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
I am Kayla Fadojutimi, head and owner of Lash Addicts Houston, formerly known as The Lash Dome. I decided to change my business name for a new and improved logo as well as new and improved services. Although the name has changed, our top priority in beauty has not and it will always be you. I pride myself on being able to connect with my clients and gather thoughts that will help me better serve you.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Lash Addicts has had its share of ups and downs, including COVID, the Houston freeze and Hurricane Beryl. With my clients help and Houston’s support we have been able to persevere through everything and push all the limits. We love you Houston!

Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
Difficulty in making choices is what makes us human. I always remember to put myself in someone else’s shoes and do the right thing. I ask myself how would I feel if I made this choice, how would they feel if I made this choice. I pride myself on integrity, respect and doing the right thing, always.
