Daily Inspiration: Meet Krystal Aziz

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Krystal Aziz again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Krystal, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
My name is Krystal Aziz, and I have been in the travel industry for over seven years, working across various roles, from destination weddings to operational strategy. Through my experience, I recognized a significant gap in the tools available to travel advisors—many were outdated, fragmented, and inefficient.

This led to the creation of Trazel, a CRM built specifically for travel agencies. Trazel streamlines the booking process, enhances client management, and provides the tools agencies need to scale efficiently. Unlike other CRMs that try to fit travel into a one-size-fits-all system, Trazel was built with the industry’s workflow in mind—making it intuitive, efficient, and actually useful for agencies looking to grow.

My journey to launching Trazel has been shaped by firsthand experience, problem-solving, and a passion for improving the way travel professionals operate. After years of working in the industry, I wanted to create something that not only solves pain points but also empowers agencies to grow and thrive in an evolving market.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Since our last conversation, my journey has evolved in ways I never could have imagined. Launching Trazel has been an incredible learning experience, mone that has pushed me to wear every hat in the company. Working in a startup means no task is off-limits, and there’s a lot of trial and error involved, especially since I don’t come from a developer background. But I’ve embraced the process, using every resource available (books, YouTube, AI, and industry mentors) to learn and adapt. I truly believe that continuous learning is the key to growth, no matter what field you’re in.

One of the most exciting things right now is seeing Trazel come to life and watching agency owners realize what’s possible when they finally dive into the platform. Many agencies are juggling multiple tools just to manage their front-end and back-end operations, but with Trazel, everything is in one place. Seeing the reaction from agency owners when they realize how much time and effort they can save has been incredibly rewarding.

Of course, building something new comes with its challenges. Every day presents new problems to solve, but that’s part of the journey. The good, the bad, and everything in between are shaping Trazel into something truly impactful. I’m excited for what’s ahead, especially as we continue refining the platform and preparing for a wider launch. The travel industry is evolving, and I’m proud to be creating something that helps agencies stay ahead while making their day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient.

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
I want people to remember me as someone who was committed to making the world a better place, whether through small acts of kindness, giving back to my community, or creating something that truly empowers others. From leading a yearly homeless giveback on Thanksgiving to founding Connect Kindness, my goal has always been to create meaningful change.

That same passion extends to Trazel. Travel advisors pour so much heart into their work, yet they’ve had to struggle with disjointed systems that make running their businesses harder than it needs to be. Trazel was built to change that, to give them a platform that brings everything together, making their work more efficient so they can focus on what they do best: creating unforgettable travel experiences.

At the core of everything I do is the belief that we are all here for a reason, and part of that purpose is to give-our time, our love, and our resources. Whether it’s through human connection, service, or innovation, I want my work to reflect that mission.
